Copenhagen trio Marshall Cecil’s 2017 debut Ep “Heady (PT. 1)” represents a new take on pop. On the EP they mix various genres in their alternative pop, whose sources of inspiration include r’n’b, hip hop, and electronic music. The release got great reviews in, among others, Noisey, Soundvenue  and Clash Magazine, the last of whom described the band’s music as a ‘hugely individual but extremely potent formula’.
