SPOT on urban music

The rappers Louis Valuta, Baby Bino and ATL Pete along with producer Chanel Bigs make up the Copenhagen based rap collective RIGFOREVIGT. The group is one of the frontrunners in the ’Soundcloud rap movement’ in Denmark.

The RoseGold brothers’ musical inspirations are found in genres such as hiphop and r’n’b where Joshua sings and Ephraim raps ’ both with a flattering British accent.

Artifact Collective consists of six musicians who deliver pop soul and r’n’b through sharp productions and a dense soundscape where a trombone among other instruments occurs.

Despite being only 22 years of age, Kristoffer Cezinando has already been a part of the Norwegian hiphop scene for several years. The young musician has won several Norwegian music awards and won over the audiences with his explosive live shows.

With his effortless flow, honest texts and world class productions from his steady collaborator Dontaxaboutit, Felix De Luca mixes serious topics and humor with hos charismatic personality.

K-Phax aka. Keith Birongo is a 19-year-old rapper and producer. He is inspired by both trap from Atlanta and 80’s punk and creates a personal take on the rap genre.

MONTI is a hiphop band from Aarhus with Sebastian Bang Monti at the forefront who delivers explosive rap and musicality. They make the music they themselves have been missing in the Danish urban scene. The lyrics are in English which bring a unique and different flow and expression.

NODE has a different sound than most artists on the Danish urban scene. His strong vocals and stories have broad appeal. He moves between the deep and fluent sound of sould and the more direct appearance of rap music.

Pasha is one of the newest members of the Norwegian rap scene. Pasha’s sound consists of 90’s vibes combined with funky hiphop notes.
